About Vinpocetine
Most of the studies on vinpocetine with regards to hearing loss are used in epileptic patients whereby vinpocetine is effective in preventing epilepsy based hearing loss. Vincopetine has, also, been used to treat sudden deafness (Zhao et al., 2006; Zhiping et al., 2011). Vincopetine's effect is likely due to its ability to increase cerebral blood flow (Patyar et al., 2011). It has no negative interactions.
