About Ginger
The efficacy of ginger in reducing nausea and vomiting is well established. Compared to B6 supplementation ginger is just as effective and possibly more effective in treating nausea (Ensiyeh and Sakineh, 2007; Smith et al., 2004; Sripramote and Lekhyananda, 2003). As an herb it has minor possible interactions.
