Lemon juice and even lemon scent have both help reduce nausea (Aliasl et al., 2015; Kia et al., 2014). Chamomile, a medicinal herb with many different benefits, helps reduce nausea as well (Bischoff and Renzer, 2006; Sanaati et al., 2016). Since these are easily and frequently combined in tea, we grouped them together.
